LIFETIME  WARRANTY

Discount Closets will/ shall repair, replace, fix, mend, redo, correct and make right anything that has to do with the workmanship, product, material, hardware and finish that has been installed by this company. This warranty does not cover damages of any kind from wind, fire, storm, water and misuse. This warranty does not cover any additions, repairs and modifications done by any other company with regards to this product installed by Discount Closets. If the contract has not been paid in full, then the warranty is Void. The original papers/ contract must be presented at the time of this warranty redemption. Discount Closets reserves the right to Void any frivolous warranty requests at any time.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

This Guarantee will/ shall apply to the overall quality of the product. This does not apply to time, schedule, delays, design errors, misunderstandings and disappointments. This guarantee only applies to the actual day of the installation, and it does not apply after the job is 50% complete or when the installers are placing the closet rods in the sections. Only when asked at the time of the installation, not the next day, will the SELLOR remove the product and refund the BUYERS deposit with in 14 business days. This guarantee is VOID if the Buyer is not present to inspect the workmanship and the progress of work. Discount Closets reserves the right to deny any Guarantee requests outside of these simple guidelines.
